Our hearts are with all that have been affected by the virus and those on the frontline battling. Here at 3BN we are doing our part to keep our team, our customers + our community safe. Please note during these times we anticipate our response time may be a little longer than normal but rest assured we will take care of you. We appreciate your patience as we are all in this together.
A Few Coronavirus FAQs + Explanations
Our warehouse is currently not shipping orders. WHY?  3BN is located in Northern CA where, per our Governor, only “essential” businesses are allowed to operate. As a result we are unable to keep our warehouse team processing orders BUT here’s what we are doing
- We are waiving shipping fees (domestically) on all orders
- We will resume shipping the second it is safe for our employees + communities to resume work
- Candidly we are hoping this is 4-5 weeks but we will update our website HERE regularly 
- Returns window will still be 30 days after you receive it....so we got you!
We will continue to offer our favorite styles, at discounts, during this time. As we know it is hard to wait for your favorite items to arrive.
PLEASE KNOW that by purchasing from Three Bird Nest during this time you are making a difference, you are keeping our team of dedicated people employed and able to return to their jobs once our Governor decides it is safe.
