We accept returns as long as the item is in new condition, in the original packaging, with tags attached, and within 30 days of the delivery. Note: final sale items are not returnable and we don't offer exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage, or are Final Sale items.

Please note: Our shipping fee is a non-refundable charge for a service and can't be refunded. Refunds for returns are for the item(s) returned, plus applicable tax only. Non-refundable return fees may apply

To begin your return or exchange, visit our return portal:
https://threebirdnest.loopreturns.com/#/

You’ll need to enter your order number and the shipping zip code associated with your order. Once you’re in the portal, you’ll be guided through a few simple steps:

Select the specific item(s) you want to return or exchange from your order.
Provide a brief reason for each item you're sending back — this helps us track quality and fit concerns.
Choose whether you’d like to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange for something else (store credit).
Follow the remaining prompts to confirm your method (return or exchange), generate a return label if applicable, and complete the process.
Once the return has been requested, you will have 14 days to send out the return/ exchange. Failure to send out the item(s) for an exchange will result in a charge for the new exchange item. This means If you purchased a small and requested an exchange for a medium but don’t return the small within 14 days, you’ll be charged for the medium.

If you opted in for Return Assurance at checkout, the return shipping will be free. If not, the portal will charge $9.98 for the return label.
