Hi Katie, I am so sorry that the Happy Vibes sweatshirt was not a great fit! We have a very customer friendly return policy and I encourage you to do so , so that you could get the right size. Our return policy is as follows: You can use our return label to send it back or you can use your own. Our return label is a flat $5 fee that is deducted from the refund and if you use your own we will not deduct anything from the refund. HERE is our $5 label that you can use and it was also emailed to you separately as well! Be sure to include the Return Authorization Slip in your package for the most efficient processing. Note: We ask you please return the items in the smallest-sized return package you have. If you would like to use your own label, you must include your order number inside and outside of the package, the reason for the return, and save the tracking information in case it’s needed.
