Im 5'9 with a long inseam but also a long torso and the leg length and rise length are both perfect for me. 28.5" waist (but good lort I bloat like mad) and I got the size Large. My legs are muscular but on the thin side and I worried that the Large would be lose- definitely not, fit like a glove.
